Founded in 1994 in Streetsboro, Ohio, United States, Jolly Petsa started as a division of Horsemen’s Pride, Inc. The iconic original Jolly Ball was first created for horses. Seeing how well‑loved this ball became, our team realized pets of all sizes deserved the same joyful play experience, and Jolly Petsa was born.
